a video transmission of why you are here
a written breakdown of a current/recent pattern of yours (can be a photo of a journal page, or can be typed)

A couple notes:
The videos are energetic transmissions. You are dropping in all the way, and channeling what wants to come through, first - through movement, then - through words.
The written work is about you being the observer of your mechanisms. This is practice in getting out of the story, and really being able to create a map of what shows up in you. You do not have to have it all “figured out,” rather, what I want to see is that you can see yourself objectively, even if some parts are still sticky or confusing or unclear.
The last prompt you can answer it however you’d like: you can take another video or photos, you can type it out, you can draw it/paint it/sing it, you can write a poem, etc. This is about you feeling into the textures of Truth and the way you see/sense/experience it. Be honest here, really let me feel your unique medium of connection.
