what to do once you've unraveled
If you’ve been unraveling, dismantling, or unlearning in any way, you’re probably familiar with one of the biggest challenges that it comes with:
What to do once you’ve unraveled.
Many of us spent last year unlearning so much of our social and cultural conditioning.
We have unraveled our attachment to hustle, to perfectionism, to being super self-critical, to our hidden bits of racism and sexism and all the rest.
We have looked within and taken apart all of these structures that were living inside of us.
And GOOD RIDDANCE, we needed to do that.
And we need to continue to do that, again and again.
But we also need to build.
We need to see
Feel
Taste
What’s it’s actually like to live in this world, without all those structural and systemic patterns (both internally, and externally).
💭 How do I engage with my creativity if not through the lens of perfectionism?
💭 What does it look like to be successful and hard working in my career, but still take care of my body and rest, a lot?
💭 How do I engage in my relationships with people that are different than me without holding implicit biases that are harmful (against myself and others)?
These questions have been feeling important to me.
I want to engage with the world in new ways in 2021.
And in order to do that, we must light up new corners of being.
We must open up new doors.
We must lay out new pathways, and prepare to walk them.
⚡️
In my upcoming course, get turned on by your triggers, that is what we are doing.
👄 TURNING ON pieces that were before hidden and buried.
🧘♀️ Preparing our system to be able to handle what it’s actually like to live without our previous constraining conditioning.
💪 TRAINING our body to be trust worthy and reliable as we navigate new territory.
And we get to do this together.
🤍
We start January 17.
Only 8 spots, and we are about half-way full.
Apply to join.
Let’s do this. 💥
