Make-wrong Part 5: In the body
The mind and the body are inextricably linked. So, this shame, this fear of feelings, it LIVES IN THE BODY!!
We are not diving into how that manifests as injury or illness per say (but it definitely does!), but we are simply looking at how to free yourself up in your yoga practice, or any movement you might do.
Today, I talk about triangle pose as a reference, but explore how this applies to the movement you often do, and perhaps how you can get more curious with it!
Where do you get caught in patterns and habits? Or thoughts of “this is the ‘right’ way to do something”? Is there room for curiosity and play? What could be possible?
